Congratulations goes to our ex club Capt, Angel Martinez who has successfully led his new club, London Genesis (based in East London) to the National Futsal Series T1 title and additionally, having won the Grand Final Play Off against last seasons Champions, Bolton FC, into the UEFA futsal Champions League qualifiers this summer. So as the season ends, the inaugural Cambridgeshire Invitation Cup is played and the first trial for next season’s new squad is concluded, our attentions drawn to the club AGM (details to be announced)…before we start all over again for season 2026/27! Our Men’s First Team are holding trials for next seasons 2026/27 FA National Futsal campaign. If your aged 16-40 and think you have the ball skills & commitment to compete at a National level, then why not get in touch with our UEFA B Head Coach, Nick Barton via info@cambridgefutsal.club

With their respective League campaigns now over, the Final match of their season sees the 2 major local futsal clubs in the County go head to head for the inaugural playing of the “Cambridgeshire Invitation Futsal Cup” Doors open at the St Ivo Centre at 2pm for 2 youth showcase matches between the clubs. Should 🐝 a great event so make sure you’re there to support it!👏

The final FA NFS T2S match of season 2025/26 sees the 🐝 travel the short journey into Hertfordshire to play a young & talented Bloomsbury B team. Considering the scoreline the last time these teams met, Cambridge will be travelling with a point to prove!

The penultimate match of the season sees the 🐝 playing the leagues 3rd placed team, London International who, as their name suggests, is full of talented international players. Should 🐝 a cracker so why not pop over to Arena Bedford and enjoy the 300 seat indoor venue to watch your local futsal team…still the only dedicated futsal club in Cambridgeshire playing in the FA National Futsal Series!

Come along this Sunday & 🐝 there to cheer on your local futsal team in their penultimate home fixture as they take on East London based Baku Utd, the most successful UEFA Futsal Champions League England based futsal club in history! Should 🐝 a cracker!

Our next Men’s 1st Team match sees a long journey to the south coast to play mid table Southampton Athletic who will no doubt be seeking revenge for their loss at the Home of the 🐝 earlier in the season.

Next match sees the 🐝 travel the short distance into Essex for what is virtually a season “Cup Final” for both teams at the foot of the FA National Futsal Series T2 (South). Could be a cracker!

Next match this Sunday sees the 🐝’s making the long trip West to Bristol who are performing well in their 1st season in the FA National Futsal Series T2 (South). Can the Men from the East gain revenge for the home loss earlier in the season?🤷‍♂️🤞

Fabulous squad performance resulted in a well deserved home win v our seaside visitors. 2-1 ahead at half time, the 🐝 kept up the pressure finishing with a 8-4 victory, their second win of the season. This is the first time we have beaten Southend since 2019, such was the excellence of the whole squad performance. Onwards & hopefully upwards!
