AGM date announced

To all Members:

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Cambridge Futsal Club will take place at Cambridge University Rugby Union Football Club, GRANGE ROAD, Cambridge CB3 9BN, commencing at 8pm on Tuesday 17th June 2025.

The purpose of the meeting is to conduct the following business: -

(i)  To approve the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 18th June 2024;

(ii)  To receive and, if thought fit, to approve the Committee’s Annual Report(s) and the Accounts for the year ended 31st March 2025;

(iii) To report on the progress of the Club since the last Annual General Meeting and the organisation structure for the coming year;

(iv) To elect officers and personnel, to serve for the next year, as the Management Committee of the Club;

5.  Head Coach (Men)

6.  Head Coach (Women)

7.  Head of Academy

8.  Safeguarding and Welfare Officer

9.  Membership Secretary

11. Sponsorships & Funding Officer


(v) Any other business notified in writing to the Secretary at least seven days before the meeting saving that the Chairman or a simple majority of members present may waive such notice provided always that no matter that would require approval by a Special Resolution shall, if discussed, proceed to a vote.
