“Go Fund Me” launch on TV!

Women’s First Team Manager, Paris Brixey, recently helped launch a “Go Fund Me” campaign on local Cambridge TV station “That’s TV” organised by goalkeeper Coralie Hunt.

The fundraising is necessary in order for the Women’s First Team to continue into next season owing to the £6k per year running costs of hiring venues, officials costs, etc incurred for training & competing in the FA National Futsal Series and to help more women to continue to play after the last 2 successful seasons.

All players have to contribute towards playing costs and any funds raised will keep these contributions as low as possible so as not to deter more women from taking part owing to the unavoidable financial costs.
